Rating: OOTW Play

Sorry that I haven't posted for a while, but I'm back!
So this friday, I saw the OOTW play at my school, Concordia International School of Shanghai, as OOTW is short for out of this world. There were 2 parts of the play, Darcy's Cinematic life and Space Base. Personally I liked Space Base better but Darcy's  Cinematic Life was good too! Darcy's Cinematic Life was about a middle school girl named Darcy. In the play, you would see what was going on inside Darcy's head. Basically, Darcy makes movies in her head about a lot of things, such as her crush, fashion shows, her archenemy Liza being a barbie and lots more. In the play, it starts by showing a flashback of kindergarten then the time to the Art Institute that the class is going too. Space Base is more interesting I think. It's about humans stuck on a comet in a space base and they are trying to go back to earth. All of a sudden, they get a distress call from a bunch of flower aliens from another planet and they are requesting for water. They say they can help the humans get back by upgrading the technology. The flower people are actually the bad guys and they end up messing up the system and taking all the water. Then another signal comes in and they're from the dung beetles, the good guys. The dung beetles cut the wire on the outside and fix everything, get water and such. Right when you think the humans are going back, they get stuck back on the space base. So yea, the plays were pretty good. Overall I give the play 4 out of 5!
